Nokia's first MeeGo is also probably handset, the Nokia n9 Nokia's last MeeGo hand secret. A powerful and beautiful device to look at, which took so long to develop that moved Nokia N9 switched strategies in the meantime leave the MeeGo-powered N9 dangling like Nokia on Windows.
This is the most powerful mobile phone from Nokia. At its heart is a 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor, on the front is a subtle curved 3.9 "854 x 480 pixels AMOLED display, and on the back of an 8 megapixel camera." Unlike as some prototypes MeeGo, the N9 devices lack a physical keyboard. In fact, the specifications are very much like a high end Android Devicen and it's probably just a matter of time until someone Android on the N9 ports.
The operating system MeeGo is 1.2 "harmattan", Nokia maemo platform, most recently in the N900 almost two years ago we saw partly derived. A huge amount of work went into the new interface, and although it is very new to it the Qt development platform shares with Nokia S60 devices, so that applications should be easier. The hook? Now, S60 for Windows is set, is so developer enthusiasm is waning.

From what we've seen looks good user interface. MeeGo the developers have added many swipe controls, it and cosmetically to at least it looks very fresh. The display is designed for use of swipe which looks slightly curved surface and deep black laminated screen brilliantly in this respect.
Free turn-by-turn navigation as well as an improved Web browser and all the other features you would expect to find in a modern Smartphone is bundled with the N9. The library is basically from zero to started, so don't expect to see the choice who you with Android or iPhone.
The 8-megapixel camera
is found not on the one in the Nokia N8, but Nokia are usually pretty good with cameras and the 720 p video capture should appeal to people on YouTube want to upload. We do not know whether the N9 has a YouTube client, but it's a while before he hits the market, so it is certainly possible.
Including the N9 is supported a Penta 3 g device with quad-band GSM download speeds of up to 14.4Mbps on HSDPA, that this is very much a real world phone. WiFi connectivity is also good with support for 802.11 a, b, g and n-bands. It's 1 GB RAM plus 16 GB or 64 GB non-expandable memory and a it's a great 1450 mAh battery that says Nokia, the N9 7 hours give talk time and 18 days of standby time, although how efficient MeeGo is in practice remains to be seen.
We don't know exactly when the N9 will be available, Nokia vaguely say that it will be sometime later this year. There is also no evidence on price, but we expect that the N9 will be expensive. It is worth considering the fact that while the N9 is a powerful handheld device, it is only a single core device and competitors are to promote even screens with higher resolution than this. Until it hits the market, rivals are still powerful and Nokia's also seriously impact expected start which can Windows-powered Smartphones market acceptance.
The N9 looks great, although it is just such a shame that we had to wait so long.Source
